About the Job
We are looking for a proactive Strata Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our clients' strata management executives. You will manage schedules, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure the leadership team operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for strata managers
- Screen and respond to emails and phone enquiries on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate strata committee communications and AGM logistics
- Track key deadlines and compliance dates
- Maintain accurate filing systems and document management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Experience in property or strata management preferred
