About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Strata Administrative Specialist to join our offshore team. You will support strata management agencies with day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and excellent owner and tenant communication.
Responsibilities
- Process owner and tenant correspondence in a timely manner
- Maintain strata records, meeting minutes, and compliance documents
- Coordinate committee meetings, AGMs, and EGMs
- Lodge and follow up on maintenance requests
- Update strata management software (e.g. StrataMax, Strata Master)
- Assist with levy notices and arrears follow-up
Requirements
- Previous experience in strata management, property administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with strata management software (StrataMax, Strata Master, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
