About the Job

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to provide financial administration support to our strata management clients. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, levy management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for strata schemes.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable for strata schemes
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and levy reconciliations
  • Manage trust accounting in compliance with relevant legislation
  • Follow up on levy arrears and issue notices
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Reconcile bank accounts and process electronic payments

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in trust accounting, property management, or strata administration preferred
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, or strata-specific accounting software
  • Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and reporting
  • Attention to detail and commitment to compliance requirements
