About the Job
We are looking for an organised Property Management Administrator to support property management agencies with day-to-day administrative tasks, tenant communications, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Process rental applications and maintain tenancy records
- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with trades
- Prepare lease documentation and renewals
- Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries
- Manage property management software data entry
- Assist with routine inspections scheduling and reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management administration or real estate
- Familiarity with property management software (PropertyMe, Console Cloud, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Organised and able to manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office
