About the Job
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Care Specialist to handle inbound enquiries from owners, tenants, and committee members on behalf of our strata management clients. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from owners, tenants, and committee members
- Log and route enquiries to the appropriate strata manager
- Provide accurate information on levies, meetings, and maintenance
- Escalate urgent matters per company protocols
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data
- Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or contact centre role
- Clear, confident English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Experience with CRM or helpdesk software preferred
- Knowledge of strata or property management is an advantage
