About the Job
We are seeking an energetic Business Development Representative to support our clients' growth activities. You will conduct outbound outreach, qualify leads, and set appointments with prospective strata management clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective strata management clients
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for senior account managers
- Maintain and update the CRM pipeline with accurate activity records
- Research target markets and identify growth opportunities
- Assist with proposal preparation and follow-up correspondence
- Report weekly on outreach activities and pipeline status
Requirements
- Experience in a sales, business development, or telemarketing role
- Confident and persuasive communicator with excellent English skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets
