Trevor McGuinness (Owner/Co-Founder) made some initial trips to the Philippines in 2015-2016 thinking of a possible business concept that can provide employment opportunities. Upon Trevor’s return to Australia, he discussed the offshoring business model with his friend Paul Miller (Owner/Co-Founder). Having shared values and vision for the concept, Trevor and Paul decided they would beta test Strata administration work in the Philippines. Seeing the potential for a specialist BPO helping STRATA companies with high-end business admin work offshore, our Co-Founders hard launched Strata Staff in April 2019.

Starting with three computers and a water dispenser did not prevent Strata Staff in dedicating hours after hours documenting every strata admin tasks whilst servicing some agencies with just casual hours during that time. Roadblocks like earthquake, lockdowns and the COVID 19 Pandemic did not deter Strata Staff in pushing forward responding to the challenge despite the adversity.

Since our launch in April 2019, Strata Staff has enjoyed rapid growth, both in terms of the number of clients we service, but also the volume of Strata administrative tasks we routinely process off-shore, each and every day. From processing basic strata administrative tasks like archiving to complicated property and strata administration tasks like S184/S22 to handling levy queries and preparation of financial bank statements to inbox management and drafting AGM agenda – Strata Staff is currently handling as many as 100,000+ individual business tasks per month.
